Synopsis

Angèle, a young woman from Côte d'Ivoire, has always managed to get by thanks to her wit and nerve. To avoid revenge from a gang of thugs, she manages to get hired as a nanny for Arthur, an 8-year-old boy from the upper class. When she discovers the working conditions of the other nannies and how they live in poverty, Angèle decides to take matters into her own hands. Under Arthur's admiring eye and with the help of Édouard, a young lawyer who soon falls under her spell, Angèle fights for justice...
