Synopsis
In the turbulent landscape of post-Soviet Kazakhstan in 1993, collective farms were disbanded, and properties were subject to division and privatization. No one has faith that the property will be divided fairly. The leaders have long exceeded their official powers, dividing the sheep among themselves.
