Synopsis
Mongolian-born, German-raised filmmaker Uisenma Borchu injects her own identity and experiences into a sensuous and intriguing sophomore feature about the clash of cultures and gender roles on the Mongolian steppes. The director herself plays Wessi, who returns to her homeland after years abroad to see her married sister Ossi.
