In the early 2000s, five Incheon high school graduates are uncertain about their futures. Tae-hee only occasionally works at her family's sauna but yearns for freedom, while Hae-joo leaves Incheon for a finance job in Seoul. Ji-young dreams of studying fashion abroad, but reality constrains her. When Ji-young encounters a cat, the feline's fate intertwines with the five girls' changing relationships and their lives, which are anything but predictable. Director Jeong Jae-eun, along with Bae Doo-na, who was still an up-and-coming actress, unveils a new chapter in Korean women's cinema, exploring womanhood and the challenges faced by youth in the post-financial crisis era.
