Synopsis

Acclaimed and prolific filmmaker Adilkhan Yerzhanov successfully balances arthouse aesthetics and genre goodness with this visually arresting and ruthlessly violent neo-Western. As a civil war rages across the land, a mute woman teams with a reformed ex-convict in search of her missing son, who’s been kidnapped by child organ traffickers.
